Refund Policy
All products sold by Tiny Hearts Press are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.
Because files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we are unable to offer refunds for accidental purchases, change of mind, printing issues, or software compatibility issues.
Exceptions
If you experience a technical problem with your download (such as a corrupted file or an incomplete delivery), please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will gladly provide a replacement file or resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be corrected, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
